Paintings can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.Cancellation must be notified in writing ( letter or email ) within 7 working days. Paintings must be returned in their original good condition within 14 days of receipt. Money will be returned in the form of the original payment. Paintings should be returned in the original packing or its equivelant.Specially commissioned work is not refundable.Please note that colours may vary slightly from photograghs and email attachments. Paintings are delivered unframed, mostly on canvas board, to keep the price down, to avoid damge in transit, and to enable you to select the frame that you like ( frames are almost as subjective as paintings )
